Quick answer: Open Watermark, select a photo, and choose Text or Signature / stamp. Adjust the preview, tap Apply watermark, then save the result.
Choose what you want to add
A short name or brand label works well as a text watermark. To add your handwriting, first extract your signature as a transparent PNG in Signature & stamp. You can also select another image mark that you have permission to use.
A visible watermark can identify the version you shared, but it does not make the photo impossible to copy or prove its origin cryptographically. Keep your original files and any other records you need separately.
Add a text watermark
- Open Watermark and select a photo. Use the Android image picker. View original lets you compare the source with your edit.
- Choose Text. Enter the wording you want to display. Keep it brief enough to read at the size the photo will be shared.
- Adjust Size and Opacity. Check both bright and dark areas of the picture. A faint mark may disappear after the image is reduced for sharing.
- Open Position & rotation. Place the text where it remains legible without covering important detail. Choose a suitable text color.
- Use Repeat across image if needed. Inspect the pattern so that it does not overwhelm the photo.
- Tap Apply watermark. Inspect the result and tap Save Image to export a copy.
Add your signature or another image
Choose Signature / stamp in the Watermark editor and select the image mark. Adjust its size, opacity, position and rotation in the preview. A transparent PNG avoids adding a solid paper rectangle around the mark.
If the image has an unwanted paper background, extract it in Signature & stamp before adding it to the photo. The Use on an image action on an extracted-signature result starts the workflow with that mark.
Check the finished image
View the saved copy at the size you expect recipients to see. Make sure the mark is readable, does not hide faces or important text, and has not been cut off at an edge. The preview and export use the same watermark processing path, but a different image viewer may scale the result differently.
When sharing, select the exported image. Sharing through another application hands that copy to the chosen service under its own behavior and privacy terms. Watermark editing itself takes place on your device and does not require a rewarded ad; the app contains advertising.
Avoid common mistakes
If a white box appears around your signature, use a transparent PNG rather than a JPG. If the watermark is hard to see, adjust color, placement or opacity instead of covering more of the picture. Do not use someone else's company seal or signature without authorization.
